Video Game Revolution

Did anyone watch The Video Game Revolution on PBS tonight? I thought it was an insightful look into the video game industry and effects it has on our society. It discussed everything from the origin of video games to the future of video games. It had alot of cool shyt about the game companies to annual events held in America and Japan. Anyone have any opinion on this show if you have watched it?

was that the thing on where it showed video game systems progressing through the years since the first game invente and stuff like that?

if so, i saw that on GSN a few months ago.

Well there are ppl like me who don't have cable much less know what a GSN is. It was on public channels so maybe its the same one but it was new on PBS. I remember something about a video game show on PBS before but I think this one is new. Anyways......If it is the same one what do you think of it?

but as i said, i remember from this basically the timeline of events that the video game world has gone through, starting from the first game which was non-playable and on a big @$$ computer all the way to the video game world today.

It had alot of cool shyt about the military use of video games. It also talked about peoples' personalized computers to the governments interest of the impact of video gaming( The whole Joe Lieberman rating debate). It even talked about A-something Call where they decide what to put in video games. Anyways it was a very interesting show.
