Connection Failure?

Is anyone else receiving this message it gets past the DNAS then when it trys to get to the universes it times out and says connect failure. press x to return to the main menu. I was just on last nite pissing me off its raining so im stuck inside and i want to play

I've gotten that message b4, I reboot my PS2 and my connection also.
Give your modem about 2 min and it should be ok.

i keep getting the same thing, this sucks.

i tried shutting down the modem for a few minutes before rebooting the ps2 but still no luck

i get it frequently, last night i got one saying DNAS error -1100, please call this 800 phone number and find out more information, i reconnected and got thru just fine....f|_|ckin DNAS.

Yeah im having the same exact problem im going to try the suggested right now if it doesnt work ill tell ya some one plz help us damnit....ow and if u guys figure out the problem please tell me PLEASE!

all i can say is call your cable company, mine helped me after i pretty much begged and after he said they werent "suppose too" but they did and i got runnin, this happened when eqoa came out the first day, took almost all day to get in. but only idea i have if youve tried everything else.only other thing i can think is theres a firewall or somethin blockin you from gettin all the way on.

No it cant be a Firewall problem i have my my modem and router configured on DMZ hosting wich i had to put in my PS2's Ip address and it bypasses the firewalls..........im going to give my ISP a call and see if they can help or not......oh and that rebooting your modem and router didnt work!

:D :D :D :D I found out how to fixthe prob..........first you need setup you modems configurations save them (oh and make sure you have your routers configs. setup to for later in my little guide) then disconnect your router from your modem, reboot your modem ( unplug modem for about 2 min.) then plug your modem back in...after that you need to inserst your Online setup disc and redo your config. to all auto test the connection and it should be connecting all the way through and find the Online Universes..log on and play a game or two then connect your router then KABLAM ya got'it setup and ready to play :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

What is you dont have a router?does it still work?
