So what is the main complaint you guys have on your opponent using this gun? Why is it that some of you guys think that only newbs should use them? Just an inquiring mind..........

I think most people are bitter because they die by it all the time.
I personally use it all the time because I can't tell you how many times I cussed at the other guns because I died because my gun reloaded. How fustrating. The M60 is good because I don't have to worry about reloading. You just go run n gun till you die. The only bad thing about it is that it takes for ever to kill someone compared to the IW, and it is pretty inaccurate.

Hence, why its a nub gun, no matter who uses it.

I use rifles. I dont complain if i die because I was reloading. It's my fault i didnt kill him with the 30 bullets in my 1 mag. When I pick up an m60, my score magicaly goes up... kill after kill after kill.. that's retarded... and completly nubbish. And since when does a seal team of 8 or 9 run around wtih all m60s? That's gotta stop too.

seriously i dont care if people use the m60 b/c there is no accuracy...i can use it b/c i will use 50 bullets out of the 100 to get 1 kill instead of 15-20 bullets...this is b/c the gun sucks and has NOOOOO ACCC whatsoever u shoot here it goes there i mean i do see captains using it and all i can say is good for them. the gun can be used by anyone so i dont want to hear anyone complaing about it. i personally use the m4a1 sd b/c i'm comfortable with it...it really comes down to what u are comforatable with and most acc. with.

i cant see why people hate the n00b cannons so much. They are extremely inaccurate and you need to get to close range to get a good shot. People are just pissed at the people who hide around a corner and jump out at them. Cmon, its not like you've never done that.

LOL... that's true, SkylinE. Actually, I tried using the M60 for the first time last night. Depsite what the attributes tell you on that gun, it seems to have some sort of "x-factor"... it seems a bit more accurate than the stats tell, and it kills people with relative quickness.

But all in all, I still like the good ole AKS-74 or AK-105 depending what side I am playing on. Or the automatic gauge is cool too!

The M60 isn't that innaccurate. I actually got a sniper with it from a long distance. I've tried the other guns, and they all seem pretty slow. I would use the M14, but 20 bullets a mag. is pathetic.

Wait, isn't the point of the game to get kills? To do GOOD? So why would you use a pissant gun that stinks, if you know the m60 is going to get you hella kills? Are you trying to make things hard for your self? There's nothing noobish about the 60, it's just the smart thing to do, anyone will take the easy way out and if they don't they're either stupid or stubborn.

Don't get me wrong I use the IW-80 and the M4A1 when I'm a Seal but the terrorist weapons all suck a$$ and it's pretty stupid to use a crap gun when the m60's the only worthwhile one in the bunch. I know the sixty has a weak payload but the volume of the clip more than makes up for it.

Anyway, in real life the M60 shoots a .30 cal. round which means guns with the weak payload would be your standard 5.56mm. Anything that comes out of an M16 or M4A1. The program isn't true to life, because everyone would be using the M60 and all of the other guns would gather dust.

only thing that pisses me off about the m60 is u cant hear it from certain angles. i think people who play with silenced weapons are prolly smartest. u dont give away position and thats pretty damn important.

True, but if you're on the terrorist's team I wouldn't be caught dead with that pathetic 552SD weapon... that thing has no range, not to mention it's not very accurate. Seems like you need to unload a clip from that gun to drop a seal... thanks, but NO thanks!!!
