Interesting. This is completely my bag when it comes to the law. I wrote a paper last semester on illegal downloading and all that jazz. (And I aced that motha! w00t!)
This is particularly interesting for how it may affect Sweden's current copyright laws (or lack thereof) which allows for sites such as one started by Piratbyrån to exist immune from the multitudes of international
legal threats they have received. There's no doubt that something should be done to protect copyrights, but I am against the approach of making something that's not illegal a crime. It kind of has an aire of "anti-marijuana laws" to it.
