Ok, I penciled you back into my "good book" for now.

I never understood the wanting to spend $5 or more for a cup of coffee like product when you can goto 7-11 and get a super duper large cup for $1.29 or something like that.

Only in certain states because Starbucks just prospers too much.

They're smart about their locations though. probably about 95% (that's my guesstimation) of all Starbucks locations are in places where people can actually afford it and love Starbucks coffee.

I'd rather drink no cofee at all, than that crap they brew up at 7-11. I drink coffee for 2 reasons...
1. To wake me up, make me witty with a hangover, and / or greatly enhance whatever bad mood I may have.
2. To enable me to produce an oil slick.

7-11 cannot help me achieve these goals.

Also on a side note...7-11 still uses the Open-Container everybody trust everyone Pots. I like my coffee protected or covered behind a counter.

A few of my thoughts on the topic.....

I prefer a dark roast with a little milk and a little sugar. Fresh ground at all times as well.

Flavored coffees are for girls. There is no way to argue this.

Starbucks coffee tastes like muddy water strained through a sweaty sock.

Anyone who needs more than 2 seconds to order their coffee in a coffee place should be forced to drink a gallon of their own pee. If it takes the usually inept server more than 10 seconds to make their coffee concoction than I suggest 2 gallons of pee. There is NOTHING worse than needing your morning coffee and some genetically deficient female in front of you cant decide between the triple espresso double mocha frappachino cockalatta or the french vanilla light roast with a splash of skim milk, 2 splendas, and a circular spread of whipped cream and cinnamon and a cherry. These people have no reason to live. Don't even get me started on what if some dude couldn't decide on the same choices.

I never said it was good coffee, I just was saying if you're going to pay for a cup of coffee than 7-11 would be the more conservative choice for the same effects.

I make my coffee at home but when I need coffee and I'm out then 7-11 is my stop.

As long as it's fresh, 7-11 coffee is pretty decent if you're on the go. Their Fusion brand is quite tasty. I like to mix the regular, dark roast, and fusion all together with some milk and 4 sugars in the largest sizes. MMMMMmmmm

Of course nobody wants to know what I do to the idiots who block the entire counter debating over which flavored milk to add to their flavored coffee.

7-11's around here have about three or more containers of the French Vanilla creamers because that's all anyone adds to their coffee anymore. I watched some guy one time almost turn his coffee completely white from adding so much of this crap to his coffee.

How do you do it? My dad brews up some coffee and thens dips the steaks in for half a minute or so and then grills it.
