If you've had a problem like that Pat (attacks, etc), you can get a concealed weapon permit a lot easier.... that surely makes up for your grievance? (Joke)

I wouldn't worry too much about them coming back. Unless they are purposely out to get you, they've probably done over too many houses to even care to remember where you live.

Just don't keep pushing it with the police, you don't want to get to the stage where they stick you in witness protection. You will lose all ties with friends, family, and you wont be you anymore.

Wow, I thought I posted this.

About 3 weeks ago, one of the suspects told the detective investigating the case, that there was a 5th involved. It just so happens, this 5th, is one of my closest friends who lives right down the road from me.

Pretty ****** right?

Bizzle, keep in mind that you can go to their bond hearing and tell the judge why they shouldn't get a more leaniant bond. You can do this without them knowing you did. You can also go see the clerk for the judge and leave him a message that way. If they were going to retaliate against you its highly doubtful they would do it themselves. Mainly because it would be at least 3 more felonies and they wouldn't get out of your states Dept Of Corr for a long long time. In Colorado most people would get about 8-12 years for an armed robbery. If they were to aggravate the case by retaliating most states double that automatically and ad in the hate crime status. Which could turn there crime into a 30 year sentence. Most states dont usually grant early parole for violent crimes or offenders. If they were to retialiate it would be someone else. Are they affiliated with any gangs?? If not it would cost them alot of money to hire someone to take the risk of messing with you. Keep your eyes open but I wouldn't worry about it too much.

This is assuming the parties involved are adults and not minors.

There alleged "addiction" wouldn't have anything to do with Bizzle. It may affect there criminal case. If they are on drugs that's there problem not Bizzle's.
