And I'm with Magnum on this one. Getting a good sub and set of speakers to make your car audio sound better is what I'm after. When you can't hear your music because of the super vibrations and rattling of your car doesn't interest me at all. Even good speakers are not made to handle bass for a long time.

I wasn't having power drains, the sub just stopped working because we stuck the wire under a small fuse in the fuse panel. There wasn't enough power going to the sub because of where it was plugged into. It's not a problem. I was just trying to see what it sounded like.



Ok, so I got Best Buy to install it (which they did a good job on), and it sounds really nice. Very clean and crisp with not too much bass or vibrations going on. I'm really happy with it. And especially for the total price of it all (about $220).
