I've been on a lot of great roller coasters over the last few years living in Florida, but there is one that stands out.
Qwazi at Busch Gardens (Tampa) takes it hands down. It has 2 tracks (Tiger and Lion I think) and they basically intertwine and stuff, it's a wooden one. It rattles like hell, you feel like you are falling out (my friend almost did), and you think the train is coming off the track.
I also like Sheikra there, especially at night. It's a vertical drop one like oblivion (Alton Towers) but it doesnt just go up, down, then return to the station.
I just read a conversation between Irish Kin and E. Writer about theme parks and it got me thinking about them. Whats the best ride you've been on?
Yes! I influenced the creation of a thread!
Anyway, so many rides at King's Island that I love that it's hard to say what my favorite is. But here's some of my favorites, in no particular order.
Son of Beast (Loop is now gone) - World's tallest and fastest wooden roller coaster
The Beast - Formerly World's tallest and fastest wooden roller coaster and currently world's longest wooden roller coaster. I've gotten whiplash on this ride before, as well as taken some awesome pictures.
Firehawk - I always yell out random things on this one, such as "I'm Peter Pan," or "I'm Superman," or "I'm Tinkerbell!"
Vortex - Once held the world record for most inversions
Flight of Fear - Dark coaster, so you really can't see anything, but it has all kinds of loops
Face Off - I hate anything where my feet dangle, but this one I like, except the beginning.
My least favorite: Drop Zone - scares the **** out of me

Like Boy England, I live in the Land of coasters. I have a Florida Citizen pass to Busch Gardens ( Tampa ) where I pay a one time admission and can go in for free as many times as I want for the rest of the year.
I like too many to have a favorite
Sheikra - has nearly driven me to the point of insanity. And my brother's company provided the hydrolic cylinders for it when it was first under construction. The intial drop is crazy. And I do prefer Busch Gardens when it is open at night.
The Incredible Hulk - Located at Islands of Adventure in Orlando, which is a Marvel Comics Fan's wet dream. There's no slow start , you instantly take off like a rocket.
Kumba - I love the corner G-Force turn at the end of it. And this coaster will always have a place in my heart being that I found a cigarette pack full of green cigarettes on the walkway exiting the ride.
I'm also a big fan of Adventure Island Waterpark right next to Busch Gardens. Despite the discomfort of having too show off my meatastic-man-boobs. Ahhh the Lazy River
I like Boy England and NUN live in the land of Roller coasters too. I live in Miami though. I think the best one I have been on is The Incredible Hulk and Dueling Dragons in Islands Of Adventures. Nun I rode the hulk like 10 times in one day no lie. I loved it that much.
