Well, if cows had wings, I'd eat them. That is probably the only thing that I could see beating the almighty chicken wing.

I'm wondering if it's a good idea to either open up my own bar to sell chicken wings, or just have a huge resturaunt that specializes in wings. That way, I don't need a license for alchohol. I've heard they are very expensive to aquire.

Then again, no beer with chicken wings is rediculous.

Has anyone created thier own sauces? I many different sauces, but I recently made a garlic honey sauce that would be great with breaded wings. I'm trying to think of a good sauce for like an oriental sauce.

I really like almond chicken, so I'm trying to think of a way to make almond chicken wings, then have the sauce that you use for that on the side. If I remember correctly, it's like a gravy or something. I haven't had almond chicken for about a year and a half since I moved down here.

There's a place just around the corner from me called "Wild Wing". I love it. They have something like 76 different types of wings. My fav type they have is called "Daisy Duke". It's a buffalo style wing covered in Frank's Extra Hot, a medium wing sauce, bbq sauce and taco seasoning. I get them each time I go there.

Sadly up north there aren't many big wing places. Typically people here go more for fish and deer. Since the hunting and fishing is so great people can catch enough walleye and shoot enough deer to have enough for atleast half of their meals in a year. We even take deer and make hamburger out of it, good stuff.

You can't make hamburger out of deer because hamburger is ground beef, if it's made from deer it'd be... venisonburger?

Buffalo burger is very dry. It's a very lean cut of meat. It actually just tastes like a normal burger, just not as juicy. I guess that depends on who cooks it, and how they do it. In my experience, it's usually a bit on the dry side.

BAMF that sounds strange. I bet it tastes good though. I use Franks a lot when I make wings.

Has anyone ever played Wing Roulette?

That's where you make a huge batch of wings, traditional buffalo wing style. You make a normal sauce, and a really, really hot buffalo sauce. Then you toss a few of them in the really hot sauce, and the rest in the normal buffalo wing sauce. You then hide the really hot wings in the regular wings. What ensues is hillarity.

I did this with a friend of mine when we were watching a UFC fight night a year ago. We would be talking and eating, then all of the sudden you'd bite one of the really hot wings and burn your mouth. It was awesome, all the wings looked the same, so you never knew which one was which.

For a really hot sauce, I used Franks XXXTRA HOT! and threw in lots of cayenne pepper and a few drops of some really hot hot sauce with some chick in S&M gear on the label. It was awesome, until I rubbed my eyes during laughter.

I'm surprised no one has said anything about Buffalo Wild Wings, probably the best place to satisfy your wing fix. I can eat them any way with any flavor, but my favorite style has to be Jamaican Jerk Chicken. I think I've been to that same place BamF, probably some of the best wings I've had. Just curious what's the most wings you've eaten in a sitting. I downed 63 on birthday two years ago, and could've eaten more if I had some.

I don't know the exact number, but my Uncle and I consumed 8lbs worth while watching UFC 63. Lot's of beer went a long with it.

Also, yes I've been to BDUBS. They have a lot of them here in the MI and OH. That's where I got the idea to make a garlic sauce. Mine tastes better though. I use real minced garlic.
