That's just a sample picture, not the actual one I'm looking at.
It'll need some work, but that's what I'm looking for. In the end it's be a high gloss jet black on the outside, with a red interior.

It all depends on how much work it really needs. I've been looking for one for awhile for under $10k, with minimal work needed. Anything mechanical I can do, but I don't have the goods to do body work.
Good luck on the GTO, they're scarce and pricey, but they're sexy too. A friend of mine has a 66 with gold exterior, white interior and it's beautiful. A couple of months ago he was thinking about selling it for 25k, I told him he was
nuts.
Man, I miss the days when car models changed every two years. Not like these days where all they do is resculpt the fascia and change the spoiler.
