You knew what you were getting into, moving to Florida... lol
I'm glad you're ok Slasher. I hope your sister learned something from the whole experience.
I have one of my own.
About a month ago, me and my cousin were walking a few blocks from my house. We noticed across the street a big group of guys, maybe 7 or 8 of them. We walked faster, since past experiences taught us that if you're outnumbered, you're ****ed. We made our way down the street, and big surprise, the guys were following us. "Hey, maybe they're just a bunch of gay guys who wanna hit on us". Well, that wasn't the case. They started running in our direction, and we did likewise. Unfortunately, me and my cousin are slow as ****, so they caught up with us. In the middle of a one way street, we were mobbed by these guys, and I had no freakin clue who I was hitting, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't my cousin. Anyway, I heard a sound I had never been happier to hear in my life. A police siren. The guys scattered, and the cops reached us. The cops picked up a knife from the floor, dropped by one of the guys, and after some questions they sent us on our way. I had a whole bunch of bruises on my face and I might've cracked a rib, and my cousin's nose was a mess. Cops didn't even ask if we were alright, they just told us to get home. I don't even think they went after the guys, and if they were they were taking their sweet time.
I have no doubts in my mind me or my cousin would have been stabbed or worse if luck hadn't been on our side. And if I learned anything from the experience, it's that I'd better stay the **** away from that block in future.
So yeah. Hope you guys enjoyed that little account. ;)
