FYI: When used in a sentence like yours, the flag should be called the English flag... also known as the Union Jack.

I think that burning the Flag of any country is diminishing to any country. It's wrong. End of Story.

Now, I never noticed there were so many holidays.

Yea, actually that was the flag of Great Britain.

Good try though, I found an England flag today and I was concidering burning it, but I was worried about the Queen tackling me to the ground. She follows every English person everywhere you know.

That wouldn't have been fun, especially in front of my friends.

PS: I know me saying the Queen will get me is a joke, but certain people at school have believed much more retarded things than that about my country. I just want to see if anyone here needs to go to hell.

Burning a flag it no different from waving it. Each act is exactly as symbolic as the other.

Not sure if you are being serious or not, but I do actually see it that way.

You burn it, you are smybolizing something just as much as you are by waving it or even just having it on a flag pole.

I think weed day is 4-20 judging from G4 coverage being in Holland on that day.

I used to like Pancake day, but then we stopped eating pancakes on pancake day so there was no point anymore. No meaning to life!

I want to see a national flag burning day. Everyone gets to burn one flag of the single country they hate the most, and burn it in the street. Then, judging by how many flags were burned for each country, the UN will decide who to go to war with next.

....... oh wait, that is how we do it.
