For Sale : WoW account : $400 - LoL

No, for those who though I was selling a WoW account, I'm not. I just thought it would be a good title.

My friend actually sold his WoW account last night to a guy from his server. He jokingly said I'm selling my WoW and a guy responded to it saying he would pay $300. My friend said $400 so the guy payed it. I was amazed at how someone can actually pay so much for a game account. He was looking at getting a gym membership and getting fit and he said WoW would only distract him so he wasnt going to play it and he actually sold it to someone.

Have you sold a WoW account or heard of something like it. What are your thoughts.

To but a socom account for its rank is stupid. You gotta be good to actually keep the rank or you will get pushed back by rank-ups.

People that actually do buy accounts for a game might need to start spending their money on things that matter. Or they can just give it to me....

Or maybe they're those 40 year old nerds that make $50 million a year, so it doesn't matter to them if they spend a measly $400 on a game.

40 Year Old Nerd, eh?

What does it matter how old they are?

They make more money than most people here, in order for them to just drop 2-400 bux on a v.g.

How do you know they make more money? I don't make that much money working part time but I could still drop $400 on a video game if I actually wanted to...

Anyways, I was going to sell my account on Diablo 2 for $70. But I know a guy that runs a Diablo 2 store, so I gave him my account for him to make money. He gave me $70 credit, so I ever play again he'll give me $70 worth of items. If he's planning on making money, my account must have been worth more than that :\

I cant believe that people actually buy game accounts!

It wouldn't be the same to buy an account, you wouldn't feel like you got anything for your money.

I'm sorry, but paying for an account on any video game unless you for some reason have to but it when you get the game, is just outrageous!

This guy at school was talking about buying accounts a few months ago, he said his Dad paid like $300 for something on WOW and he and his Dad play that game together. This world is strange!

I am sure someone out there will buy an account for WOW or something like that. *Cough* Wolfe Jr *cough*

Would you have been more comfortable if I had said "30 year old nerd"? I just picked 40 because if they're a nerd (the way I meant it was that they made lots and lots of money for doing "nerdy" stuff) they're more than likely loaded with cash and have some sweet @ss gold digger clinging onto them just waiting for marriage (yay divorce!).
