How much can you delete?

How much unneeded stuff can you delete from your hard drive? I've deleted 9 GB so far today and I'm looking for more. I started when I saw that I had 62 GB of data on my computer but I only use things that take up twenty or thirty GB at best, I think. I still have to locate 20 GB or more that is hiding somewhere on my computer. I expect to delete a significant portion of it since if I don't know where it is it can't be particularly needed. I've also been removing programs from my control panel that I have no need for any more.

I've enjoyed deleting all of this stuff so far because it helps me organize my computer and I've found some things that I forgot about. Tonight I'll defrag my computer too.

I thought that I'd make a bit of a competition out of it and see how much you can delete.

Gee, it looks like I have a rather small hard drive compared to everyone else. I only have a 20 GB hard drive for my computer, but it works out rather well, seeing as I only use it for the bare essentials. I only have about 6 GB taken up, which leaves me with 14 GB of free space. I just recently cleaned out all my unneeded programs from my computer a month or two ago, which left me with about 70% of my hard drive free.

I don't delete. I buy a new HDD. Bigger and better. I have an 80 GB one on my laptop, an external 160 GB, and now I have a 300 GB one and a lil itty bitty 2 GB flash drive I just bought as well.

Most of the 160 GB drive is music. I've noticed a significant decrease in my downloads now because I listen to Sirius all the time. If I ever need to free up space, I just reformat my computer. It's so much faster than going through and finding stuff to get rid of.

Eh, I wouldnt stream to much of the ehdd unless you expect a shorter life span, unless it has a fan. I have a 250 gb ehdd for backup and i only have around 95 gigs left. I have a 180 gb in my computer and I have 160 left. All my anime that Ive watched and just want for storage or later viewings I put on the ehdd. I have around 10 gigs of programs/windows I guess on the hdd in my computer and around 10 gigs of music. But everything is backupped to the ehdd. Like I have a backup of all my cs vids ive watched, anime, music, ps brushes, psd's, renders, etc etc

I have a 100 GB Hdd on my latop and I have 47 GBs left and am to lazy to go and delete stuff, so I win WOOH

No Shadow, you don't win. I actually don't have that much I can delete. I only have stuff that I need with the added music.

I just checked, and If I wanted too, I could delete like 2 GB of stuff that I don't need.
