Off-Topic Rules

I know seems to be a little ridiculous, but some people thought it was necessary.

The rules are very simple, and I am just thinking them up off of the top of my head, so they are subject to change if I ever realize I made a fool of myself.

1. No blatant Spamming.

2. No advertisements for websites that could be considered competition. Or anything of the sort, just, NO ADVERTISEMENTS at all.

3. Nothing indecent. Come on, think about it before you post.

4. No Flaming, etc.... You guys know the deal.
