Actually opposite, its just a game wehre you.... live. You live in a house, and you can run around, iunteract with the townsfolk, and just like any person without a job, have to make money to either make your house bigger, or buy new furniture, clothes, etc.
Unfortunatly, since you cant sling rocks on the corner, or hustle trees, you must try other methods of making money, like catching fish and selling them, picking fruit from trees(which you can also plant and water) or planting flowers just for the plain hell of it or catch bugs and bring them to the museum for recording. You can also get in the turnip biz, which is similar to the stock market. Other than that the game runs in real time and the residents will also remember you as the time passes and form bonds with you as the days progress. They also progressivly move out, ask you to do favors, hold monthly events, celebrate holidays, as well as guests visitng the town on certain days, and new townies always moving in.
Overall its a really different and great game, i just wonder what new features the game will enatil that we havent already seen in "Wild World"
