More about my epic search for a Wii

Ok, so my previous forum was closed down and I never got a chance to reply to some of you guys. First, Jeff, I just want to assure you I never spent $400 on a wii. In fact, last night, my friend claims to have gone to Best Buy last night a half hour before the store closed and said there was one wii left on the shelf. So of course, knowing they won't divulge any REAL information to me, I decided to call best buy anyway. I told them my friend was there last night there was one wii left. The employee put me on hold, then told me they have not had any wiis in stock since Christmas. I then told them that he had the receipt from 8:18 PM that night and they immediately asked if he was an employee, multiple times.

Obviously Best Buy has their own agenda and they have stocks of wiis in the backroom available to special persons. I am certain my friend was not lying about this, he and I have been very close for 20 years. Thus, I refuse to shop at best buy and will probably end up buying a playstation 3.
