Trauma Center: Second Opinion
I picked this up at launch having been a giant fan of TC: Under the Knife on the DS and I find out it's the same game. They added some side quests for a new doctor but it's the same thing I spent countless hours playing on my DS, they didn't even give us some kind of VA since they had a lot more room than a DS cart.
I haven't been this disappointed in a Wii game since WiiPlay, that should of been bundled with the console along side WiiSports.
