Super Mario Galaxy 3

Hey Everyone,
I think Mario Galaxy 2 is the best Mario game since Super Mario64. It's Just Fantastic! Do you guys think there will be a Galaxy 3 to follow the success ?

Not sure, if they are willing to make some changes from the first and second. Because same concept games tend to be fairly linear for games like god of war, devil may cry, tales etc. But they have characters and plot to follow.

Games like Mario needs something to make Galaxy 3 far more different than Galaxy/Galaxy 2.
I wouldn't mind.

Why not? Success should lead to more success...it has in the past for Nintendo! Maybe we'll get another Mario Sunshine game though...lol. I'd actually like a sequel to the NEW Super Mario Bros.

I don't think it will happen : Mario Galaxy is a fantastic game cause it's never before seen, you know, and now there have been 2 parts (Not as jamais-vu as before, don't you think ?)

But don't worry, the next Supermario opus shall be even better than Mario Galaxy ;)

How could you say that?! I mean I guess I understand the whole at least 1 more, but MANY more?!?!

Super Mario Galaxy was a very ORIGINAL platformer. Nothing ever like it... until SMG2. SMG2 ALMOST destroyed all originality that game had (SMG1) but a 3rd? That galaxy titles would be cliched and un-original. ESPECIALLY if they made many more that is just a horrible idea.

Nintendo tends to do sequels like that post system, like Smash Bros. and until Galaxy that genre itself , 64-sunshine-galaxy, It was so successful that they broke that tradition though so who knows, If they do though I'd buy it.

Hell yes, I would love to see a Super Mario Sunshine 2! That game was bad ass!

Don't worry, there will be more mario games as Nintendo will milk every last drop from Mario. Just like the call of duty creators. So Mario Galaxy 3 is insured
