Talking Hi i look forward to having a decent conversation about video games here!

Hi
i have been on a good few forums, so i know how im expected to behave, also do people just talk about video game content or other stuff like how there made whether thier compatible with ntsc systems and pal systems etc?

I have no idea what ntsc or pal is. But maybe the Tech talk section could talk about that. (Unless it's a video game thing, I have no idea)
But we pretty much talk about anything here, not just video games. As you can see we have a sports section, tech section, fitness, and of course the off-topic. So like Omega said, anything goes.

PAL & NTSC are like TV formats. Europeans mostly use PAL, while I think everyone else is on NTSC? Don't quote me on that last part.

when you buy a game or a dvd it says it on the box, NTSC or PAL, i think it has to do with the DVD player or the DVD player in the video game system u buy. as ome6a said, PAL is mostly used in europe and NTSC is used in North america and Japan, i don't know about the rest of the world, lolz haha
