Hi I'm new Here
Hi what's up all?
my name is Alex and I'm from UK.
I'm 17 in november 7th.
I own a PS2 and a Core 2 Quad PC (Q6600), [No idea what I just said ]
and Breaking my head over what to buy :
An Xbox360 ,Or PS3???
Hope you guys can help me with that.

BTW and this is an important question:
I own a Photoshop cs2 and know nothing about it.
Do you guys know any good GFX comunity?
I used to be a chaosGFX member, only problem is I joined 1 day before
it went down, what are the chances?
And if the site is as good as chaosGFX if not better was that would help a lot.
Or at least nearly as good, that would help too.

Welcome to the forums!

We have our own graphics forums here, much better than other "small time" sites, if you know what I mean.

No, I actually don't believe there are. Our graphics section is more about showing off stuff you've done, people tell you what they think about it, and you go from there. So it would seem that you've found a good place to be.

Picking a console is tough. The PS3 and 360 are pretty much even right now. If it were me, I'd buy a 360 now, and then maybe a PS3 in a year. 360 has tons of great games out already, and a constant flow of new ones. There's still a lot of waiting with big titles on the PS3, but that's slowly changing.

This is why I want a chaosGFX like community, so I can learn there
And show off here, the question is still valid.
If you know any good comunity please tell me about it.

And this is what make it hard for me , I can't afford games for both,
So I need to pick the one.
I don't know which, Maybe this info help a little:
mostly I like Fighting, Raccing , RPG and if there are , I don't know many , Horor games of some sort (if you know any good horror games please tell me, right now for the pc), I also enjoy FPS from time to time, but less than the Racing ETC...
And also action advanture could be nice but that depends how goo it is.

Well, you could start in this thread in our graphics section. The graphics section would be the place to get a better answer on where to go for good tuts. People like Magnum Force, Wabba, Scuba Steve are the top of the pops around here, so you're in good hands with them.

On the console debate: Again, I'd go with 360 now, and PS3 later when it has more developer support.

Thanks.

And what makes the Ps3 to "The Ulitimate Gaming Console"
so far I don't see it, i lean over to the 360 side actually,
but I'm not sure at all.
Choosing between those 2 is basicly Sophie's Choice.
