I was in a band for a long time as singer and rythm guitarist for a classic rock band. But they kicked me out because I basically tried to fight everyone in the band because they were all *******s.
    I have made my return

So I was reading some reviews of that ESP, and they're all good, except for complaints about a battery in the guitar? A 9v battery for the pick-ups? I've never heard of such a thing and their website doesn't say anything about it.

    Am I missing something?

A lot of guitars with really powerful pickups sometimes use batteries. My friend had an Epiphone Explorer that used a 9 volt.

I would get a Delux P Bass. It's a P Bass with Jazz pickups and a Jazz neck. I played one and its smooth as butta and sounds stylin. Plus, you can never go wrong with a Jazz Bass because they're good for all styles of music.

Buy Fender Deluxe P Bass Special 4-String Bass online at Musician's Friend

    EDIT
Lol nevermind Omegar. I forgot that you already have a P Bass.
I'd still suggest checking one of those out though.

Yeah, I already roll with that setup. This is my exact guitar, except I've long since painted that ridiculous mirrored pickguard over with red.

I'm torn. The ESP's gonne need to sound amazing before I get it. I love my Fender, but the look of that ESP is killer.

My Ernie Ball MusicMan has Active PickUps and requires a 9V. It's for better sound and tones. Just about all high-end Bass Guitars use Active PickUps. Your Bass that you have now uses a magnet with wound wire in place of a 9V battery. I was put off by it at first also, but it does make quite a bit of difference. I use rechargable 9 Volts and switch them out every other week.
    Worry not.

Lol... I was going for a serious yet natural look this time. The ladies are scared of me in the Panda Mask. I figured it would make them want to cuddle with me. I'm stumped as to what to do next. I was about to go get the Boars Head and drive an hour to go pick it up. The rest of the guys in the band then took me seriously about it and didn't really warm up to the idea...Lol.
The crowd was pretty big. The Promoter said that 800 hundred tickets were sold and we sold a little over a hundred ourselves. Once I looked out at all the people I didn't look out into the crowd again. We put more effort into selling ticks than any other band did. We wanted to impress the venue owners so we could get booked in the future with more national acts. We totally dropped the ball on the merchandise stand...we didn't bring anything to hang stuff up with or a bank to make change. Duh I wish I could remember more, everyone started buying me Jager shots after we played and I blacked out.

God, I bet it was amazing. Wish I could've been there, for the Jager and the music.

    Man, That would be fun.
I just want to get into the studio ASAP and get an EP recorded. I don't like our Live CD that we have at all. I was very excited about this show because it was all originals and no covers. Our lead singers Grandmother liked our pornographic lyrics and songs so much that she said she's buying the band a set of Steel Drums this week. Can't wait to play with those and see what I can cook up.

I was looking at them on Musician's Friend which obviously doesn't help because it's an online store and you want to give it a pluck. Surely there's a big music warehouse up by you other than Guitar Center ?

Sadly, no. Everything else is Mom & Pop shops. Only one of them in the area carries them, but they don't have any of the F series on hand. The guy said he'd put in an order to get one in the store and he'd call me when it was in so I could come give it a spin.

We'll see what happens, but at this point I'm thinking it isn't meant to be.

I think he just lurks around here. Mostly posts on IGN now. When he is on here, it's real early (12:00 - 4:00 a.m. for Alaska time) in the morning. To be a little on topic, if only I actually knew how to play guitar. Right now, I'm just practicing the chromatic scale and doing weird/creepy sounds with my sh**ty amp that only modifies volume, bass, and trebble with a guitar that only has five strings (the thinnest one, is it E?, broke and I haven't gotten new strings yet). Oh yeah, I'm that awesome.
