Right now beside Clutch..I'm listening to the new Modest Mouse Album, " We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank "
There's a song on there called Steam Engenius it reminds me of a Led Zeppelin song and I can't think of the name of it, and it's driving me crazy.
I'm also listening to a Band called The Decemberists: The Crane Wife .

Lately I've been liking this band Fair to Midland.

I got a hold of their new album, "Fables of a Mayfly: What I Tell You 3 Times is True" and it is one-of-a-kind for the stuff coming out these days. I wanted to catch them on tour with Flyleaf and Dir en Grey, but the closest for that one was Daytona. After that they're going on tour with As I Lay Dying, which I'm not all that big a fan of. You can check out some of their stuff at
    www.myspace.com/fairtomidland.

Tons better than their last album which was slightly longer than 20 Minutes long. Not that their last album was bad, I was just wanting more. This album is Chock Full of Musical Goodness especially the Blues. I love Jack White playing along side a Bass Player.
I haven't absorbed the whole album yet, but from what I've heard it's good. I always like bands that do songs that tell stories. And they throw in some Vibra Slap, my new favorite Miscellaneous instrument that CAKE also uses alot.
buddy of mine is obsessed with raconteurs

i personally didnt think they were that good

bedlight for blue eyes - without you

I got new CDs on Friday too. I went to pick up En Concert, which had just arrived from Germany. While I was there, I had a look for Annihilator albums and though I didn't find any, I did spot three Anthrax albums each for under $10 CND. I got Persistance of Time, Spreading the Disease, and State of Euphoria.

Just the single...I don't dabble in the premature jacking of the artist before they release their stuff. These are just singles that I'm currently listening to.

    I always liked this Thread

Queens of the Stone Age : Era Vulgaris

New Album just came out on the 12th...Good stuff as usual.

Municipal Waste : Hazardous Mutation & The Art of Partying ( June 11th )
    THE OFFICIAL MUNICIPAL WASTE SITE

Sounds like the Bastard Love Child of D.R.I. and Nuclear Assault. I saw them open for Gwar on their last tour. And they have a song dedicated to John Carpenter's The THING

I've also been listening to Amy Winehouse: Back to Black

The Trooper by Iron Maiden or, as WMP staunchly believes, Flight of Icarus by Iron Maiden.
