The true length of the game is on average over 20 hours just like the other 3 MGS games. It is basically an awesome movie that you can play. It's not meant to be skipped through the cut scenes unless you are making a speed run.
The game is rated Mature so get over it. If 10 year old kids are playing this game then it's their parents own damn fault.
So you prefer half naked men? Again, it's rated Mature and since MGS2 you could lay down "magazine" to distract enemies so you can get past them. No one is nude inside of the Playboy, they are all in swinsuits or clothing similar to a swimsuit. You see girls in swinsuits all of the time in movies, on TV, or just at the beach. It's what women wear when they want to go swimming or tanning, so again, get over it.

The game is an extremely successful series so anyone who wants to finish does not want to know about the game until they play it themselves anyway. You can tell many people the general idea of the game without giving away spoilers, you just don't know how.
In order for the Camo to fully work, you have to be moving slow and stealthily. If not, the guards will not have a problem spotting you at all unless you are playing on the easiest difficulty available. Even when you are moving slowly, if guards get close enough they will still see something to at least go investigate what it was.

It's set in the near future in the GAMES timeline for the near future, not real life. Get a grip dude... it's not supposed to be an exact replica of todays modern world.
The whole series is basically a mix between cut scenes and game play because you are supposed to get the effect of playing a movie. The cut scenes explain a LOT and lead you up to when you do play, it has more meaning and is more dramatic. This game is not for everyone obviously but if you're big into fast paced shooting games, then this game just isn't for you so you shouldn't rag on it just because it's not your style.

MATURE!!! There is a reason for that rating. And is there a reason you called this a "cartoony game?" It's NOTHING CLOSE to a cartoony game and is supposed to be extremely realistic and if you ask me, they hit the nail on the head with this game. Besides, "little Johnny" shouldn't have this game in the first place and if he does, again, it's his own parents damn fault.
The only reason it's easier to go guns blazing in this game is because the character gameplay is a lot more user friendly then in past MGS games. Also, if you would play the game on harder difficulties rather the SUPER EASY difficulty you played it on, you would understand that going in guns blazing isn't so easy. There is still a lot of stealth based action and guess what, you, that's right, YOU have the CHOICE to play the game as you please.
This one makes you look really dumb and proves that you love talking **** about something you know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about. There is a reason Snake is old and if you would have even done your research or even played through the series than you would know exactly why.
Game critics like you are the reason gamers hate most critics in general. You have no base to your stories at all nor do you do any research before going on a negative rant about a game.
