Personally I like the concept of the PSP a lot more than the DS. I just hated the UMDs when I had mine, and the memory sticks.
well the concept was cool, im not going to deny that it was a sleek little device, i have two. But after the novelty of listening to music and video, and annoying extra steps need to put anything on it, ontop of too many bad PS2 ports, small library and little support, i quickly switched to my DS for gaming. To make things worse, the systems so freakin fragile i never wanted to go mobile with it, and when i did i was always using a ipod or my WinMo phone for media. I also hated having to fully charge the system to download an update when you really just want to pick up and play a new game you've just bought. That pisses me off just like its older sister, the PS3.

The DSi is a special beast. One that will not be appreciated in America as much. We are in a recession. What kind person would trade in their DS for a ds that can take pic when their phone can do that and for music when they have an ipod to do it???? Nintendo is truly interesting... just my thoughts

For the same reasons people praise the PSP. These things are becoming standard in every handheld device nowadays, and they need it to stay competitive. Besides, i like the Dsi camera because i can take pictures of my friends, draw penises on them, and have it out on their facebook walls before you can say " thats fucked up".

And the psp is just fine. Th reason you may not like it is because you probably try to load ign or whatever. This is what "www. m." sites are for. The psp browser was never intended to overtake internet explorer. Oh, and the psp can use AIM, flash, javascript and mpore. That beats out the wimpy interenet browser there

Whether you are content with the PSPs browser or not it is faster than both the lite and the PSP's browsers. The DSi can always be patched to have more robust features, but even so, it took the PSP years to get all those features you mentioned. Plus without a touch screen, that big screen and doopy cursor is insanely cumbersome compared to the Ds touch screen and faster internet browser.
