You would have to mod your PSP to a hacked version. Problem is, this might cause some problems when Sony releases a new update, and some games require the most updated version to play the game. This can be annoying having to constantly wait for new hacked version to come out to play a game. You can also brick your PSP, making it as useful as a wooden stick as a source of entertainment.
You can do a lot of cool stuff with your PSP, it might not be worth it if you need your hand to be held through each update and problem you run into
