Have a couple of questions

There does not seem to be a 'clan' like thing in Halo 3 online. Please tell me I am wrong. I like the game, but if it is just slayer and the other couple of simple games they have, then GFX is the only thing that is good about online.

And, does anyone know why they have that remedial way to join a game online, and not one like just about every other game where it list's a bunch of games.

And again, I am just throwing this out there to anyone who may know. Why do I have to join a new game after every map?

Well, from what i cant tell, most if not all xbox games dont have a "list" to choose from. And the reason why you have to join a new game after each map is because bungie is trying to keep things "fair" and what not. They want to set you up with players of your same skill level.

Like in COD4, you stay in the same party and play again with randomized teams, but periodically there is the power player that makes his team win nomatter who else may be on his team....

that is my explanation.... if anyone else has a better idea why... please post i want to know.

There's no clan system with Halo 3...or nearly every game for 360 for that matter.

As for the 2nd/3rd part, it's matchmaking. On games like Socom you just logged into the Socom server and found someone's room to join. With matchmaking, you get matched up with random people..On Halo, you get matched up with people that are your level or are around your level so as to make the games competitive and not complete noob bashing or anything.

No. All you can do is add a clan tag next to your name.

yea you will have to wait until microsoft enables a clan system fr that to be enabled. no game will have clan support until then.
