Atleast you can replace any scratched up disks of H3 up until the end of 2007. It would damn stupid if you had to pay for another copy.
When I got my copy(normal edition), I had stopped by after work to get it..as soon as the cashier gave it to me you could hear/see a loose disk in my box..so when I got back into my car I opened it up, only to find out it was still in the holder thing, and it just wobbled a bit..and had no scratches.
