Looks like they're gonna milk Halo 3 for all its worth. Not only are they gonna come out with a Standard Edition and Limited Collectors Edition but they're gonna be offering a Legendary Edition complete with behind the scenes content and a Halo Spartan Mjolnir Mark VI Helmet replica. Total cost = $129.99. Halo 3 Legendary Edition Halo 3 Editions
The helmet would be pretty nice but probably not nice enough to make me shell out $130.
*I used the search and didn't find Halo 3 in any of the other threads except for the Halo Documentary so if there is one out there then can a mod just merge 'em. *

Wow, and here I thought I'd be the first to make a Halo 3 thread seeing as how it's not that popular . I realize it's old news but nothing came up from the search or when I looked through acouple pages of threads. I was tired and not really in the mood for sifting through **** so a minimal effort was all I was going to put into it.

I already have my copy of Halo 3 paid for... the people at GameStop told me that I would get an additional 20% on my trade-in credit if I placed a pre-order on Halo 3.
Seeing as how I got hundreds of dollars in trade-in credit that day, I paid off my balance on Halo 3 and GTAIV.
Of course, I am just getting the standard version of the game... I don't need the $140 version of Halo 3 just to have a replica helmet of Master Chief.
I'm a video game geek... but not that big of a geek.

Good deal. And agreed on the second part. I would pre order it, but I have never in my life pre-ordered a game, and I hope to keep things that way. Why? Because I demand a perfect record.

Never judge games on a beta, or demos, judge on rentals.
Beta/Demos aren't even HALF of the full game..
