Only problem I've had is the host not readying up when everyone else is ready. Sure, it may not be much. But when you and everyone else in the room has been waiting 30 minutes for the host to ready up and start the game, that just gets aggravating.

I'm not too sure about the ready up system. It reminds me too much of the SOCOM 3 days and waiting so long for a game to start you turn it over and watch TV.
Luckily with this game, not many people join a room before a game begins so less people means less ready up time.
I have played 1 game online since I was able to do so. 4 of us started the game, and 15 minutes later we only had 6. I like playing online when the room is full, not less than half empty.
I didn't experience a lot of problems in Online mode except for a little bit of lag and some game play issues. I usually play Cops N Crooks, because it is fun. The only problem I experience in this game mode is when the boss just runs off by himself, or just stands there and dies.
