This Game Blows!!!!!

I'm bored already of this sh*tty game. Perfect 10 i think not...more like perfect trash. this game is a downgrade of its former self. they took out so much sh*t. i could care less about airplanes but here is a list:

-parachutes
-weapons
-car customizations
-hair style
-clothes ( not to mention limited online customizations.)
-story mode blows
-multi player blows (no rank games with friends and no clan option)
-EVERYTHING SUCKS

this game will be obsolete when saints row 2 is released. so much hype for so little. this game sucks, rockstar sucks, and whoever waists their money on any rockstar products should be dragged out into the street by their balls and punched in the throat.

I don't think this game is a perfect 10/10 either, but I don't think it's as bad as your making it out to be. When Saint Row 2 comes out I don't think this game will become "obsolete" at all.

When I first went out and bought the game I wasn't expecting it to be anything jaw dropping. I also regret buying it instead of renting it because I am bored with it. The story mode is alright but it's what was to be expected from another GTA game.

The Multiplayer is alright but it does get wicked boring after a while. Free roam is the dumbest thing, why not just play single player? Also, the crap that is says in the upper right corner of the screen when you kill someone is just plain stupid sometimes. "Hcky21rskor deaded whoever", pretty lame.

Back to the story mode. Just like all the other GTA's before it I feel like it's to scrambled, and some of the missions are just straight up boring. Brucie's and Roman's missions are sooooooooo gay. Drive someone here, then here, then back here and your done. Brucie always wants you to go pick up some car and bring it back to his garage, or meet him at his house and race.

Overall I too am pretty disappointed with this game too but I wouldn't say that it blows. I think it should have gotten an 8 or an 8.5, but giving it a 10/10 is just unbelievable.

You unlock clothing by playing ranked games online.

It's the same as any other GTA game. Do missions for people. It's never been anything epic before.

Rank games with friends: Start a party, invite friends, join ranked games with party. Clans? For what? What would you want? A Clan tag? Change your gamertag then, that's all the clan support you'll ever need.

If we're talking about your post, I'll agree with you here.

I'm not saying the game is flawless, but it's a great game. If you want to keep drinking hateraide because something's pissed you off, then have fun with that.

I also think this game was really stripped down...if it weren't for the graphics, cover system, and keeping you busy with friends and such...this game would have been sitting on my shelf on day one. To me at some points during the game I felt like this was GTA:III it felt kind of bland at one point even with all these additions.

I know what you mean by the customization and such... and I ****ing loved the customization in GTA: SA and it was great. I just can't believe how they dumbed that **** down in this game.

The mass customization of clothes, hair, and cars was ****ing awesome. Parachutes was also a very good addition...but i could understand them taking out the planes. Gangs were also cool with the territories and such but I think that's more because of the storyline of San Andreas.

Also, I think bikes would have been a great addition to.


My question to Rockstar is...why expose us to these great additions of customizations, parachutes, and bikes in San Andreas then take them away?

I personally think it's because of the game being intended for the X360...if it were a PS3 exclusive I believe the developers could have gone beyond and above. But seems like Microsoft wants all the major games that originated from Sony. Telling me otherwise would be ****ing ********.


P.S. More weapons in the next game please? Double wielding? Rolling?

I agree the weapon selection could have been more vast, but I am glad they took out the double wielding.

Holy ****...I'm a dumbass. Well that's one thing I truly blew past and needed. Thanks for telling me...I still think the customization, parachutes, and bikes needed to be in the game.

I don't think this game is horrible, however I do know that I was a little disappointed. They def. could have done a lot more if it were a PS3 exclusive. I was expecting more from this game, and in a lot of ways, it failed to meet the standards.

After seeing this game, I would rather they just revamp Vice City into Next Gen. Good thing I just rented it, instead of buying it.

doubt it. Most likely the game would have came out just like it is now if it was a ps3 exclsusive, just becuse they didnt have the development time or the money. It would have had uncompressed HD audio, less draw, and maybe better load times.

If you think the game is a downgrade then you are not seeing the big picture. For thier first nex gen GTa, Rockstar wanted to make a natural feeling world with alot of dept and realism, and they spent over 4 years and 100 million dollars to do this. At which they succeeded.

They used 2 fairly new engines, created an actually good mulitiplayer component from nothing, Set a whole new standard for next gen sandbox style gameplay, with one of the best gta storylines to date, and your bitching? It was impossible, even if it were ps3 exclusive, to cram GTA:SA into GTAIV on the first try, so of course there were going to be some features they couldnt put in or didnt have time for. They left out alot of the wacky things from SA to keep the game more realistic, and some features like car custimization, property buying and grarages were left out becuse of they didnt fit in with the story and type of character niko was. But thats what DLCs all about. Who knows what they could add to it.
If you still think "this game blows" then go pick up your ps2, play GTA:SA, and ride on your jetpack to a farm in the middle of nowere and have fun driving a tractor.

oh and as you rank up in mulitplayer u get more clothing options.

P.S. This game has already blown saints row 2 out of the water. I still will be picking it up as i love saints row, but i wont expect too much an improvement on the game and multiplayer. after seeing GTAIV and how long it took them, i dont think Saints row will be able to hold a candle to it. It will have its perks in some places, aside from a fresh new story.
