End of the Odyssey (Here Be Spoilers)

This was my first Grand Theft Auto in the 3-D realm that I beat without the use of any cheats. I chose to do the deal with Dimitri. I didn't really think Kate would be that much of an impact on the ending. She really didn't like me. Kind of sucks. I only took her out like 5 times, and I never got to score with her.

The ending just seems like it should have had more. I was shocked when Roman was shot and killed. It just seems like he had the worst stuff happend to him when I got into Liberty City. He lost all of these things because of Niko's actions.

One thing that I didn't like after beating the game, was that you don't have a cell phone any longer. What's the deal with that? After I beat the main missions, I wanted to go do the car stealing missions, and then take out those girls from the dating websites. Now, I have to start the darn thing all over again just to do that. I suppose I could hunt for the %100 this time around. I'm going to really slow down the progress of the game by completing every single thing on one island at a time. I'll do everything that's possible for me to do in the start, before I head over to the second island. I really need to bank some cash this time around. I had only $24,000 before I took that last mission to deal with Dimitri. I really need to step up my game. I spent like $400,000 on Hospital bills.

Those bills for the Hospital are just rediculous. At one point, when I had over $100,000 in the bank, I was taking anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 for each death. It all seems to be based around if you have a wanted level, and how bad you die. Like if I were to be blown up, it would take more. If I had a 3 star wanted level, it'd take more than just a regular death. I don't know if there's a system to how much they take when you die, but back in the old Grand Theft Auto games, I thought the Hospital only took like $100 to patch you up.

I think it takes a certain percentage of how much money you have, so the more money you have, the more it takes when you die.

At the point when I finished the game I had like $570,000 or something close. Every time I died the hospital took so much. I died maybe 4-5 times since I beat the game and now I only have like $275,000, it sucks.

Oh, that sucks. At least you got that banking acheivement. I never even broke $300,000.

I suppose I should mention that I beat the storyline with a record time of 49 hours. It's okay... don't act like you're not impressed.

I went gangster and killed off everyone that betrayed me throughout the game. I took revenge cause I really wanted to see Dimitri die, plus I wasn't ever fond of Kate anyways so it was a win win for me :)
