Not really weird or something a pedestrian said, but it was pretty damn funny.
I called Roman for a cab and it comes. Just as I'm about to get in, Packie calls to hook me up with his sister. When I get in the back seat, the phone call with Packie ends. I get out of the cab seeing if Packie will keep trying to hook me up.
So I get out of the cab and realize the call was over. So I hold Y again to try and get in the back seat and do some missions, but I end up car jacking Roman's driver and he says "You really are a free loading piece of ****."
I don't understand why when I'm driving by a corner, I hear an obnoxious scream from like 3 women for no reason. I don't why it bothers me but it does.

I was in a car online and I wasn't playing but I had the tv on, some kid shot my car till it was on fire, so I'm sitting here like alright friendly fire is off I wont die and BOOM!! My guy is still alive in the car but I got 2 stars... For no apparent reason besides sitting in a car that blew up...
Its not really to do with lingo. But for some reason, I get the biggest kick that you can actually kill yourself with a hotdog cart. If you stand a couple paces away from the front and then shoot the propane tank it explodes. Just one of those little details that make you smile, I guess.

That's pretty epic.
I love running into the hotdog cart and killing the vendor at full speed. It completes me I guess you could say.
Also, I heard someone say to me "I'M GONNA F**K YOU!". Just shouts it with anger and passion and that had me laughing for a good 5 minutes.
