Yeah, I agree. They really made the driving way more realistic.
How much percent did you guys complete? I already did about 66%.

I haven't done the story yet (can't be arsed) so I think I am around 55%.
I want to get 100% but it's just a case of finding all the pigeons and stunt jumps. I don't want to cheat or use any guides either.

Well, its not ONLY the pigeons and stunt jumps. I don't know if you want to figure it out on your own but I can tell you other things you have to do to get to 100%. Respond if you want me to tell you because I don't know if you want to find out on your own or not.

Yea I know pretty much everything you have to do to get 100%, those 2 I mentioned will most likely be the hardest for me. I have a hard time remembering which ones I have done and which ones I haven't.

Oh.. What I did is I opened up a map on paint. Lets say I am playing and I see a pigeon. I kill it and put a big X on the map. That way I remember which ones I killed in case I will have to use the guide.

After a night or two of playing my second game (going for the under 30hr story mode completion and 100% completion), I'm at a healthy 30%... and I am still under the nine hour mark on total time.
