I fullheartedly agree with you on the blista compact. the best car handling wise in my opinion

I've loved the BC since Vice City. That thing has amazing handling. Short and low to the ground. It's speed isn't too shabby either.

I don't remember the name, but it's kinda like a Honda Civic, from the early 90's. I think it handles kind of decent. Also, I took Michele(sic) out on a date, and her car was pretty cool. It seemed like it handled smoothly.

I like the driving now.. at first it was hard but its more realistic like your playing an actual driving game like forza or something. But in this one you can drop molotov cocktails out the window...

I think the best car would be one of the sports cars.. the ones that go fast seem to handle well for me, except the muscle cars of course. So like the comet or tourismo isnt bad

That would be the Blista Compact, one of my all time faves from back in the GTAIII days... but two of my more favorite cars would have to be a police car, or a taxi. They both seem to handle high speed turns really well, and can take some extreme punishment before they're ready to burst into flames.

I saw a really nice FBI car yesterday, I don't know what it was. It looked like the new Mustangs but I was on a mission so didn't get a chance to take one.

I haven't seen it on the street so I don't think there is a "civilian" version of it.

Another weird thing I saw yesterday was a cop stealing a car. I got a 1 star wanted level for some reason or another so a cop car pulls up near me. Both of the cops get out and take cover behind some other car, I blow their cop car up just for kick and giggles. Anywho, I start driving away and one of the cops breaks into a nearby Sabre GT and chases me.

I wasn't use to the driving when I first started the game. But after a couple of missions I got betters.

Either brake (LT) or use the hand brake around turns (A) or (RB). I usually start turning before I actually get to the intersection or turn.

I think the driving on the older games was more difficult when in a high speed chase.

If you turned to fast around a corner, the car would flip because it turned to quickly.

It's still possible to do that on this game, but it's near impossible if you are a half decent driver.

Actually, I think the driving on here is much hard. I still crash sometimes and its not because I am a bad driver, its because the cars drive in to me. On GTA 3 - San Andreas I really never crashed because the car was much easier to control in high speeds. Maybe it just depends what we are used too.

The cars were much more controllable when weaving through traffic, but the lack of realistic physics meant the more "advanced maneuvers" were a lot more difficult.

I do think the driving is still somewhat difficult on IV, but I still love it. It's probably the best change they made other than graphics.
