My first impression wasn't good. Mind you, I also had /still have a major chest cold going on. And when I'm sick I might as well have a Tampon in my mouth the whole time.
All I got to say is WOW ! The attention to detail that they put into this game is amazing. Like
IGN previously stated it is like a living breathing city. After playing for awhile I quickly got used to what I thought where stiff character movement controls, but now I'm fine with it. There's just so many little things that are thrown around in this game it's just amazing. I still do have some issues with the " Target Lock " & the " Cover System " hopefully I get used to those in time also. Alot of my friends are still complaining about the driving. But as in past GTA games the more missions you complete, the more quality cars show up around the city. And I also look at it like this...if every car drove the same and actually handled well, then What Challenge would this game be ? Some missions are geared toward driving a piece of **** from point A to point B.
The Cell Phone menu system is amazing-and if I heard right you also get a better cell phone- in time throughout the game. All my one friend did last night was constantly cry about the phone. I dunno
Taking someone out for drinks and then getting behind the wheel did make me sick to my stomache. I actually scored a Hooker and the new " Choose a Service $20 - $50 or $70 " option is hillarious and of course I went for the $70 dollar option.
As far as the radio, it's hands down awesome.
Liberty City Hardcore - my favorite , has Sick of it All, Bad Brains, Murphy's Law, Agnostic Front, and the Cro-Mags.

The talk radio is hillarious and to hear & remember everything is going to take some time. I would like to witness the creative process behind all of that when they were making this game. I also like the fact that
not every car explodes anymore when they're completly trashed - some simply just break down. The amount of cars to choose from at the beginning of the game is incredible in itself.
The story line while excellent is made even better by allowing you to make Life Altering Choices such as.. " Kill or Save " also adds alot to the game.
After playing this game yesterday I haven't seen the hours pass so fast since the early days of SOCOM II. If I would've got this game at midnight, I would've been up all night and then some. The future possibilities of DLC for this game is massive. OK I'm done rambling...
