GTA4 delayed for PS3 and 360

I know this is sort of old news now but man I'm getting sick of all the delays for the playstation 3. Mgs4, Gta IV, I bet next we will see socom 4 coming year 09 lol....

Well... would you rather have a game that completely stinks in all apects of a game and be released on time?

Not me... I'd rather have a game get delayed, just to make sure that's it's closer to being a great game.

Good point but Socom will be a downloadable game and I think online only? If thats right I think they should release it then keep coming out with new maps and add-ons. Mgs that probably needs time though because its a long game.

Then what's the point in whining about PS3 games being delayed? There's good reason for a game getting delayed... and people like you that whine about these delays just drives gamers (like myself) up a wall.

Besides... when was it announced that Confrontation is going to be delayed? That sounds like news to me...

Confrontation is'nt delayed I was saying whats next. Im not whining its just I dont think playstation 3 was prepared enough I camped for 3 days for a system and all I played was Resistance There was nothing else worth buying, I was expecting games to come out soon but they just all got delayed. I should have just waiting till oct. to buy my system.

btw negative creep do you own a platstaion 3? Cause if yes what games are you playing that all these hold ups aren't bothering you?

Confrontation was delayed till '08, all the major game sites list it's release as '08 now or "Q4 2007" -"Q2 2008".

Personally, I'm happy for the delays. Now I have the money to get Haze, Assassins Creed, and get heavenly sword and COD:4 for christmas.

Of course I own a PS3... I'm playing some of my old PS2 games (mainly Bully, because I never played it before), MKII, R6V, and Resistance.

I also play plenty of great games on my 360... so I am not "hurting" for new games to be released.

You're a very underinformed gamer if you didn't see the delays coming for this system (the PS3)... industry insiders have been speculating that kind of thing happening for months now.

Honestly, I see delays as people realizing they need to take their time and make the game great. Instead of, oh say, just finishing a game (like S3 maybe?) and putting it out, KNOWING it will sell yet suck.

As for Confrontation, if they have an open release date (mentioned in most any interview), so how could there really be a delay?

Games are not considered DELAYED if they didn't have a release date in the first place. MGS4 was just said to possibly come out in 2007, now early 08. A release date was never set.

Lair was delayed, GTA4 is delayed, Devil May Cry 4 was delayed (That was actually due to the 360).

But other then that, the other games can not be classified as DELAYED.
