But seriously... I "bought" my copy of GTAIV before I purchased my PS3 last week. Is that a good enough explanation for you now, as to why I have a copy of it preordered on 360, and not on PS3???

I've had my 360 for a year now... doesn't the logical thing seem to be that I should like that a bit more than my PS3? When I first had my 360, I probably liked my PS2 better.

And last, but certainly not least, don't worry about that I do... yeah, it's true, I am a moderator but these kind of posts that I create are not off topic.

To clarify:

I could care less what you do, as I have not raised the point that Tequila had. I will admit that I thought the same thing that he did, however, unlike him, I didn't care enough to actually try and point out what I felt.

And also, about the last part in bold, I disagree whole-heartedly, but alas, I am but a lowly pleb.

Okay... my top reasons behind liking the GTA games are:

- The soundtracks
- The open ended gameplay
- The environments
- The "authenticity" of the timeframe they're set in
- It's fun to commit random acts of ultra-violence

I said that I would trade it in IF the 360 didn't come back to me in perfect working condition. And if it came to that, I could just switch my pre-order over to the PS3 version... they'll both cost the same.



Back on topic... I also like the GTA games because I think the cars handle well... especially compared to a game like Saints Row.

Im reserving mine. It's sales will surley blow Halo's out of the water. Sadly, I have to wait until I get my PS3 which will be at the end of June when I have enough money from work saved up.

I am trading in all my games and getting GTAIV I think.

I am getting tired of not been able to play online on COD4, and the rest of the games are just collecting dust to I will go against all my principles and give my local game shop the ability to make even more money from the games I bought from them.

I want to see actual gameplay of GTAIV before I do this because my high expectations of this game are bound to be too high and I may be disappointed (Although unlikely).

Are you talking about the online capabillities of the 360 or PS3 BoyEngland? The PS3 has a better online scheme into getting more people to use it,

Miscrosoft should have made their online free just like Sony's. They'd have a lot more happy Halo/COD4 customers.

GamePro has actually played the full version of it and said the gameplay is amazing and will definently lead Sony to victory for the third straight time in a row when the Console War of 2008 ends.
