Strict, I actually agree with you, and I believe you too. They can't tell if you are lying or not. My old XBOX 360 used to work sometimes, and then freeze in a couple of hours. Other times it would just get the red ring of death right when I turned it on. They can't really tell if you are lying or not. And even if you did lie, all they would do is send it back to your house.
