I highly doubt it. And if so, only whoever finds the exploit will be able to benefit until they either catch him, or patch the system. But again, i highly doubt it.

Some guy hacked it and displayed the forever annoying, "Hello World" on his PS3 right after last big patch.

They say it can be further enhanced to hack the system and do what you want with it, but I doubt it.
