i dunno it seems fun to see dumb topics like that once in a while. to see how out of context somone can take an article like that is very fascinating lol.

I personally hope they keep improving the PS3 so it will actually be useful and fun when I do buy one. Don't think it's ever really going to PWN the 360 for me per se, they already lost that battle. I don't own a PS3 yet (will very soon), but if I did I assure you it would be a nice paperweight right now. All the games I want to play right now (and past) have been on the 360. NONE of the PS3 exclusives that have already come out didn't evey catch my interest enough to go running out to buy a PS3. I hope they do so in the future. I think it would be GREAT to have 2 consoles that each have their own cool features and games so I can play one while waiting for another game to come out for the other....

But the 360 will always be king in my eyes. They just came out with more awesome games, right from the start, that kept my interest. And some of the basic features that I enjoy on my 360 (like being able to chat online with my boyfriend while he's playing COD 4 and I'm playing BioShock or playing music in-game) wasn't on the PS3 from the beginning, it may be there now, but it shouldn't have been an afterthought......

Guess what. 2007 was the year of the Xbox 360. So I guess we can say the 360 owned the PS3.

PSN was designed as opposition to Xbox Live. Thus far, Sony has reeked failure. They've had over a year to get PSN up to the standards of Xbox Live and they're still just upgrading the look of the Store so it looks like Xbox Marketplace.

Until Sony gives us the in-game XMB and all the options Microsoft offers with it on the 360, I'll take XBL over PSN. It's so annoying to have to totally quit a game just to see some gay message Pat Bizzle sends. I imagine once Sony releases the in-game XMB, it will be much like the way it was in Vegas 2 - slow and completely freezing every now and then.

My personal opinion is that the PS3 is not doing it for me. I haven't seen anything other than SOCOM that I'd want to play. MGS4 looks really cool, but I wouldn't buy an entirely new system just for it.

SOCOM makes me turn me head, because I was so addicted to SOCOM II. I played it for two years, almost every day. I spent days of my life on that game. Over 1,000 hours between a few different names. That's about 1/8 of a year. If this new SOCOM is anything like SOCOM II, I just might have to pick the PS3 up. Other than that, I can't see anything in the system that would make me let go of my 360.

Don't get my wrong, it has some amazing things inside of it, but there isn't anything there that I couldn't get during a gaming session on the 360.
