Mass Effect: Bring Down The Sky - annoyed

I just downloaded this content but before I started playing i started over again. Now I gotta go through all the crap in the beginning so i can use the galaxy map. I don't mind this because I was going to do it anyway, but I just really wanna play the new content.

I never assumed you were attacking me, so sorry if my tone implied that - emotions are tough to get across on forums :) I think I might start a new career with my guy who I've already finished the game with. I'll probably do as you suggest and just keep a save from before Ilos in case of future DLC. I've got a week off work coming up, so I'll probably do it then.

Still a stupid decision on the part of Bioware though!

I guess I was farther in my new career then I thought. I only had to play a few missions and I got the Normandy back

I only got a chance to play Asgard for a few minutes because me and my girlfriend are on our way to her house for dinner. What I have played though is pretty good. The new world looks amazing and I like the look of the new species. Tonight when I get back I'll be playing it some more, hopefully it won't be a let down like I have read on the Mass Effect forums.

Wow... thanks for the reminder... I've been looking forward to the Mass Effect DLC for the longest time now.

And for the record, I couldn't care any less than I already do if I have to restart my progress from the start... I'm not too far into my "renegade" playthrough, so I'm thinking that I'm safe.

I'll report my thoughts later... probably in the Mass Effect thread, most likely.
