Playstation Network Website
Is there a website where you can log into your PSN account, so that you can view and message your friends?

Something like how Xbox.com does for Xbox Live users?

I'm really hoping for a yes here, even though I suspect the answer is no.

Thanks.

Sadly, there is not. The only thing they have up is on the official playstation site that tells you whether or not the Network is up and running or not. Here's the link to that site:

PSN

I suspect that we'll get something along the lines of Xbox Live messaging once "Home" is released, but everyone knows the deal with that (Keeps getting delayed. Apparently it's due out sometime in the summer).

I don't care what you think about home, it will be great once released.

Home will be free but premium content like better places to live, etc will have a price tag. Everyone gets basic stuff at the start and it's up to you from there. Some games will have unlockable clothing and other things for home, some say GTAIV will be one of them.

Also, the PS Store revamp is slated for around/on April 15th.

Yes it will like PhysX stated. It will be implemented with a system update, and will mostly likely be available via the XMB.

That's exactly what I'm thinking, although there is a small part of me that will be prepared if Home is a letdown. Since it's been delayed this long, I see no excuse for Sony to deliver us a great product/service.

Yea, I saw an article about that somewhere, I just can't seem to recall where.

Same here, I only visit IGN and TheFeed (G4TV) for gaming news so it will be on there somewhere. Actually I was just looking for the article when I saw some articles I must have missed from today and there is one on the revamp but doesn't give a specific date. I did see the 15th somewhere though.

IGN: Spring Clean for PSN?

I'm not going to worry if Home is a let down. The product is free and is not something you will need to rely on. If I paid for Home and had to use it every time I turned my PS3 on, I would be a bit pissed off to say the least.

Early screenshots of Home show that you access it via the XMB but each one suggests something different. One suggests it will get it's own category on the XMB, and another shows it under the Network category. I don't care where it goes but I expect it will be under Network.

I do like the in-Home (PS Home that is) PSP with the XMB where you can access the wardrobe and stuff like that. I think it will be little things like that which will make Home so popular with the fan-boys at least.
