Sounds like good news for Sony... and I can tell you one thing... I have been liking my PS3 much more, now that I have a wireless DualShock controller... as weird as it sounds, that's the way that I feel.

You really should pick up DMC4, for whichever console. It is a blast to play.
Knowing me, I would suggest it for the PS3. (But that is just because I think the controller fits it better)

The PS3 outsells the 360, and almost the Wii in the United States in January.
Wii - 274K
PlayStation 3 - 269K
Nintendo DS - 251K
PSP - 230K
Xbox 360 - 230K
Official NPD info, but they leave out quite a bit of stuff, so not 100% accurate.

I mainly believe because of the obvious reasons the WII is doing so well...
-Cheaper
-Games could be for adults, kids, teens, and families in general
-Nintendo has been around the longest and has probably the most consistent fanbase because a lot of the games now on the WII Zelda, Mario, etc. have dated back when

You forgot the most obvious reason why the Wii still sells so well... the shortages of their systems being sold at retail outlets.

That seems to be the case imo. I just don't have any idea why someone would want that console. I had one for about 4 months and was bored to death with it :/
