MS bans XBL user for speaking out?

I tried to get on a little while ago and the Dashboard was acting gay, first time in like 3 days...

Mine has been acting gay too. A couple nights ago my xbox totally locked up after I received invites from Mob,Om3ga, and Writer all at the exact same time.

As far as the curent XBL issues I'm over it. I'll be cleaning up on some XBLA & some single player games over the next few days or so. Omega Five & Metal Slug 3 will keep me busy.
