My call to Xbox

After all of the BS that I just went through, I decide to call Xbox. Here's what happened;

*Ring ring ring*

*recording comes on*

*Cycle through recording for 5 minutes to get to an actual person*

Ok, now Im talking to an actual person, and here's how that goes;

*In a towel-head accent* "Hello, this Jeremy, how may I help you today?

Me; Uh, yeah, hi. For the past 3 days XBL has been acting really ****ing stupid and I want an answer as to when it's going to be fixed*yes, I said ****ing*

Jeremy; I am sorry sir, I cannot give out such information, because we don't actually know what the problem is.

Me; That's ******** because the recording that comes on when you first call says that you know exactly what's going on.

Jeremy; Yes sir, I am aware that is says that.

Me; So what's the ****ing problem?

Jeremy; We are told that it's because of the increase of XBL users over the holiday, and it will be repaired shortly.

Me; You said that 3 days ago.

Jeremy; Yes sir, I know. I am sorry it is taking longer that expected, butt please know that it will be fixed shortly.

Me; What the **** ever, thanks..i guess, bye.

Jeremy; Glad I could help you, sir.

And that's the end. I swear, if it's not fixed by the end of the night, I quit. XBL has been flawless since the first day I got it, and now it wants to act like a ****ing retard because new members got on? That's ********. Something is going on behind the scenes that they don't want use to know. ****ers.

You should have know that they weren't going to tell you anything. They don't know what the problem is or it is worse than they thought. It might take a few more days for them to clear things up.

You will do one of these two things:

Man up, say **** xbox (which you've said) and get a ps3

OR

Be a little *****, and forgive them like everyone does...even after swearing they're done and yada yada with Microsofts bs.

I discovered outside yesterday. It was cool. Animals flying around, and there was wind.

I think you are overreacting. I mean yes, it is annoying that it is hard to play online, but you shouldn't call and ***** at them when they know it is broken.

I totally agree... play a different game and chill out.

You're almost making me get all upset, and I have nothing to be upset about... not with anything pertaining to any of the consoles that I own.

Mob's suggestion sounded like a good way to deal with things, which is what I have been playing as of late... then there are all of the other games that I got last week as holiday/birthday gifts... games like: Uncharted, COD4, Super Mario Galaxy, Scene It...
