Microsoft Points Problem

I bought a 1600 microsoft points card yesterday, when it told me to scratch off the back i did, but for some reason the first 11 digits came off with it does anyone know what for me to do about that?

This happened to me, unfortunally you are SOL.

Next time scratch lighter, your lucky it wasn't more points, also if you have a credit card on your XBL account, you can just buy points. Go to ADD MS Points on a download screen (where you confirm the download) and you can buy 1000-8000 points (not 100% sure on the amount of points but I know you can do it) If you do it this way you don't have to worry about scratching off the digits, they're automagically added to your account.

ok ty, i just contacted microsoft and they told me to contact the retailer because it was no longer there responsibility, and the dealer won't do anything either lol.

If you bought it off of amazon then they will actually send you a new one. I don't know of to many places that will do that, since I know stores tell you other wise. If anything, try taking it to walmart since they take back ANYTHING. Say you got for xmas if they ask. Its worth a try since its either that or buy a new card. Oh, and M$ wont refund it, even if you do call them. Sorry dude.
