MS banning like crazy over "Mottos"

Yup its true, almost everyone is getting banned for a bad motto, i got banned for 2 days for having "I Rule You All" as my motto.

This is complete craziness

Has anyone else got banned for a motto yet?

My friend had his motto as "suck my bolls nerd" and got banned.

The mother of whoever is in charge of making those decisions must have fallen down a flight of stairs because she was so drunk she could find her heroin during pregnancy.

Wow....whats the point in having a motto if you're going to get banned for it in some way?

My motto is "Anticipation Kills" (last I checked anyway) and I'd hate to get banned for something as stupid as that.

"I rule you all" -- wow, banned for that?

"suck my bolls nerd" -- probably deserved it. Come on, grow up.

"Xbox Live should cost more!" -- I had a nice laugh the first time I read one of these after reading all the "make live free" mottos. Grounds to ban someone though? That's even funnier.

I haven't been online all day, but I doubt I got banned for having "oG I original Gaming" (my clan) as my motto.

My standard is "ask your mom about me", though I rotate it out every once and a while for something new. Like my current TF2 themed "KA-BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM".

The ban, I fear not.

This is just ridiculous. Getting banned just because your motto isn't what Microsoft believes is acceptable. And instead of just outright banning the people with "unacceptable" language in their mottos, they should have sent out a warning to them saying something like, "Your motto contains inappropriate language, please alter it or it will be deleted." And that's the other thing, instead of banning, they should have just deleted the motto and sent a message saying they deleted it becuase of the "inappropriate" language. Sure, a lot of them probably did have obsentities in their, but not all. So, that's the end of my post, buh-bye.

I think this is a bunch of re-donk-useless sassafrass... To get banned for any of those is absolutely benign, are you sure you weren't reading some useless banter from the official 360 forums? Sounds a little far fetched to me.
