MS banning like crazy over "Mottos"

ok so i got banned for the motto "balllllin" and i was just in a server where i saw people with the names like "Mr. McFuqckstick", and "4blcKni66er". i don't see how "ballllin" could be offensive but yet people are allowed to have stupid, and immature names, and a pretty racial one, just dosen't make any sence to me...

I had "ballin" as my motto for the first month I had my 360. Right now, it's "sec rides dicc", and my little thing under my profile is 'WHATS GOOD NYGUUUH??"

I don't have that capability i play it for the 360. I don't know if i can take a screenshot, and if i can i don't have the slighest clue on how to.
