i dont mind the limited usb ports or the removal of the flash drives. the ps3 doesn't NEED that stuff. but the backwards compatability makes me scratch my head
News from IGN says Europe and the US will no longer be getting the 60GB model. We will only be able to purchase the 40GB one as soon as the 60GB models are depleted. Makes me glad I got mine when I did.
They are also saying the US is getting an 80GB model (old news?) but there are no details.
It seems like Sony is constantly listening to their consumers and giving them what they want, but then a whole new group of people ***** and moan about it.
The BC issue isn't really a big deal to me though, since I still got my PS2 anyway.
Do you really need a 60GB or 80GB hard drive? What all is the the hard drive being used for? Is it similar to the 360 where you can download stuff? I find it more reasonable to spend 399 instead of 599.
